President/CEO Paul Gionfriddo on CNN
Millions of Americans watched MHA President and CEO Paul Gionfriddo’s live early-morning interview on CNN’s New Day, which aired Wednesday, May 28. In a seven-minute segment with CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, Gionfriddo discussed issues related to the Strengthening Families in our Communities Act. He also spoke about how mental health issues affected his own family.

MHA’s Senior Director of State Policy Debbie Plotnick also appeared on national media this week as a mental health policy panelist on Al Jazeera America’s 30-minute show, Inside Story. The show, which covers issues of the day, is hosted by acclaimed former PBS journalist Ray Suarez.
